Super excited to share

So I've been thinking about starting a blog for a while now. My dear hubs keeps telling me to every time someone asked how I cooked something, how I made something or what I'm doing to loose weight. So here it goes... the stuff I do.

Yesterday I was so on top of things!! I seriously cooked a ton. And I worked out :) Oh and it was the first day of school. Got the to boys out the door (on time.. GO ME!) and then I pushed play to 21 day fix and did cardio fix and ya it kicked my booty. But I did it and I did it all! Today I'm sore but it feels great knowing I did a hard workout and I'm doing something instead of nothing to better myself. Today I also worked out, I did the upper fix on the 21 day fix program. My arms are a bit like jello but I'm sure tomorrow will be much worse. I was proud of myself when the pushups came around. I did 21 girl push ups the first minute and then the second minute I did 23. Oh and my 5 year old did the whole entire video with me. I'm talking warm up and cool down too. What a BEAST!! and did I mention he had 5 pound weights he used as his heavy weights? Well he did. He's pretty much fitting into his name, Thor. Ok So I haven't worked out for a few weeks and well I really feel crapy. I decided to get my big bootie back into gear when the boys went back to school. So I've been looking forward to yesterday for a good week now and just getting back into a routine. Also Drinking water. I don't know about you but when I drink water I pee so dang much! but I also feel much better. It usually takes a couple of days for my body to get use to it but thats when I feel much better and my bloated stomach isn't so bloated anymore. (now just have to quite sugar) that's another problem for another day. So my goals although they seem small to some it to workout everyday for 30 min and drink water. Soon I will put a number of ounces to that water intake but for now I'm just focusing on drinking more that usual. With that being said I better tell what I weigh now so I'm accountable for this everyday workout and drinking water junk. 155 there I said it. I'm not into quitting Sugar and all those tasty treats yet but I'm looking forward to the day when I don't what them daily. I had a goal for the end of the summer to be 135 or even 140 heck I'd be happy with 145! But as the summer went on I just stayed the same and didn't change enough of my habits to make a difference. So my weight stayed the same. But dang it not this time! My first goal is to get under 150! It's been probably 8 months or so since I've seen the 149s. Oh how my clothes miss them. But I know I can do it. and I'm determined to do it dang it! Guess my amazing recipes will have to wait until another day I have kids home from school and I have a hot date tonight with my boyfriend! ooh laa laa!
